The first 36 people to play will be able to keep the first ball you find.\nBeginning at 9:30 a.m.\, the Junior competitive ($10) and Open ($15) tournaments will begin. Entry fee gets you three rounds of mini golf (two for juniors)\, a free seasonal golf ball\, and the chance to win money and other cool prizes from area sponsors\, and Maine Mini Golf Tour. If there are enough players\, we may split junior and adult divisions. Any junior may play up to the adult division. \nPlayers will be grouped with two other league players in a blind draw each week\, and players will keep each other’s scores. \nWeekly scores and season-long standings will be kept and tabulated. Results and cumulative totals will be displayed at the golf shack each week\, and scores will be reported to the local newspaper. \nThere is a cash (or course credit) prize each week that will depend on the number of entries. The winner’s share will always be half the total prize pool. Other places will pay based on the number of entries. You may play in any or all of the weekly events\, but to be eligible for end-of-season prizes\, you must play in all eight events. \nThe Maine Miniature Golf Open will be the eighth and final event. Entry is $20 for all participants.
